Around my birthday each year, I get antsy and a bit itchy for change. I’m naturally drawn to take stock of what’s working, what’s serving me, or not, and what’s next. I’m reminded of the feeling of cracking open a new notebook, a blank page with the potential for something new. New boundaries, new projects, new ideas to explore. A time when chasing dreams feels the most exciting and possible. I call this my “season of change.”
Looking back, I’ve changed jobs, moved states, returned to school, started a blog, started a business and established many personal boundaries all during this time. And yes, I also took the first step to changing my financial future during a very necessary season of change.
A season of change doesn’t have to be a scheduled or annual event. It can be an intentional date or simply a feeling – that itch that leads to action. A nagging feeling you can’t or don’t want to ignore that things could be different. A dream of something new, and knowing something better is in your future.
If changing your money mindset and taking control of your financial future is part of your dream, or even just a nagging feeling, I’m here to guide you to your potential in your next season of change. No judgment, no bias and no baggage, just help taking the first step.
